Track Order

We know the anticipation of awaiting a piece can feel part of the experience. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link and delivery details.

If you have already received your shipping confirmation, we kindly invite you to use the tracking link provided in that email to follow your parcel’s journey. 

For orders connected through Shop, you may also be able to track your delivery directly within the Shop app.

If you are unable to locate your tracking email, please contact Client Care with your order number and we will be pleased to assist you.
